The Animal Company offers a comprehensive range of trained animals for hire for use in Film, TV, Advertising and still photography. Uniquely, many of the animals we work with are privately owned by us.

If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we have access to hundreds of different species via our network of animal experts throughout the country. Specialising in animal hire and based in the Midlands area, we have quick and easy access to London and the North. All animals are accompanied by experienced handlers.

Trained animals for productions, dramas, commercials and shorts. Experienced handlers on set, public liability covered, fully risk-assessed.

Animals as brand ambassadors, retail activations, launches and PR moments. From boutique press shoots to large brand campaigns.

Magazine shoots, editorial features, advertising stills. Calm, well-trained animals that perform under studio lights.

M&S Christmas commercial

Six reindeer and a sleigh, at Pinewood

We supplied six reindeer and a sleigh for the M&S Christmas commercial in 2016. Filmed at Pinewood Studios.

Brylcreem TV advert

Leo the horse, with Kevin Pietersen

Leo featured in an advert for Brylcreem with Kevin Pietersen, who at the time was the England Cricket Captain. Filmed in a London studio. Leo was a star under the lights.

Phillips TV advert

Perry the chihuahua, a viral hit

Perry the chihuahua featured in a viral advert for Phillips in 2019. A little superstar, very popular on the day.
