Why the numbers matter

Buffalo meat is a lean red meat. Full-flavoured and tender, often likened to good quality beef and prepared the same way.

Buffalo meat carries about 70% less fat than beef and is a valuable source of Omega-3. A healthier alternative to traditional red meat, with no compromise on flavour.
